okay, i know benedict said about the drills already, but i've got something to say also...

basically, i know the drills is like so tiring. believe me, i really know. and i agree that the lifting up of legs at 90 degrees is like insane or something. but there's a reason for it. it's to coordinate the timing when we bang our feet.

and if i was too strict or what during drills, well, drills is drills, so we have to be strict. so please, bear with us. i know i kind of flared up that day...ah, so sorry for that. but when you are the commander taking drills, it is actually more difficult than just following the commands. i can gurantee you on that. and i think some of you would be ...fortunate enough to get to experience what it's like. anyway, i think that the band did a good job, considering that all of you are not that used to drills. hm, and you know we made you do the sedia right, i was really impressed the second time. its good. all of you improved, and that's the good thing about nhsb. :D anyway, just to share my feelings. do you know that when i walked through the rows, it's really scary. cos all of you were so still. and that's good. (as in the still part.)

turning drills and stuff is not that good, but i think that it's still probably our(as in commanders') fault. no matter, we will re-teach all of you. and we are going to make our marching improve. yup.

and regarding racial harmony performance, i think that we would do a GREAT job. i can really see people working hard, so yeah. continue to do so:)
