Please take note of the following dates of the practices:
16, 18, 19 (drills), 20, 23, 25 of November, all from 9am - 1.30pm.
Please come on time.
Update: The practice on 16 November starts at 10am.

Nan Hua's Open House is on
28 November 2009.
Several people would be required to come back to perform.
More details would be given later on.

The dates for the band camp are
more or less confirmed.
It would be from
30 November - 2 December 2009.
Do take note that it would be a
day camp (no overnight stay).
Time to report each day would be
8.30am, and would end at
6pm.
The concert would
most likely be held on
4 December 2009.
More details would be given later on.

Members who are unable to attend the camp and/or concert, please
report to Jerome by the next band prac, which is on
16 November 2009.

Logistics & Welfare
for consolidation by
18 November 2009.
Some things to include in your proposal are:
your plan of the activities (if applicable), things to buy and its estimated cost, things needed to borrow (and how you intend to), people you need to
"hire" (for concert com only).
TAKE NOTE:
People in Logistics & Welfare are
not your labourers! If any of the committee requires anything, they have to
buy/get them themselves, and
ONLY after the
Logistics & Welfare and all the
Majors approve them (through the proposals). Also, you must have the receipt/s of purchase before you can claim the amount back from the Logistics & Welfare.

There will be a band bbq on
5 December 2009, so make your day free!
Update: Date is currently being changed.
More details would be given later on.
JLs are required to submit a
proposal of the bbq to the
Majors.
Things to include are: Venue
(preferably ECP), materials needed, games.
