Hi people =)

This is a reminder to all those who are photocopying the pieces for both the Singapore Flyer and Pachelbel's Canon: Please do so and return the pieces by Monday, 22nd November.

To the Games Committee:
Please ensure that EVERYONE in the committee can do the briefings before and after the games. To Games comm. I/C : please select the specific people to host the game and ask them to prepare the briefings.

Those who are supposed to submit the Amazing Race station ideas please take note:
- Include manpower allocation for that particular station
- Detailed explanations for each station
- Estimate how long the game will take
- The location the game will be held
- The exact number of whatever logistics that are needed

To PTIs:
-Come up with creative ideas for PT for consecutive mornings throughout the camp
- 16 sets of 8 counts ! xD

To the Logistics and Finance Comm. :
All of you will be notified on the specific items you will need to purchase shortly, so be prepared for a meeting. I/Cs as soon as you receive the 'shopping list' , please gather everyone and start preparing the items.

To ALL Band Members:
Please bring along your Full Band Uniform (including ties and shoes) tomorrow, you DO NOT have to wear them . For sec 1s, the yellow tie will be distributed tomorrow.

It is compulsory to attend the rehearsals tomorrow, those with valid reasons who are unable to make it, please inform your section leaders.
Anyone without valid reasons and have failed to be present for the rehearsals WILL NOT BE performing for Cultural Pot.
